Tai Chi with Allen

Tai Chi with Allen

A little movement, every day. No rush, no test.

Who can start

Everyone. No experience needed, no flexibility needed, no uniform needed. Ten minutes in the park, at home, or in your garden is enough.

How a lesson works

  1. Stand — find your balance, feet steady, shoulders relaxed.
  2. Breathe — slow, natural breathing. Nothing forced.
  3. Move — one movement at a time, slowly, until it feels natural. Then the next one.

Today's one movement

This is the first movement, and the one you will come back to every time. Start here, stay here as long as you need, and do not worry about the rest of the form yet.

Style, form, and class format for this page will be added by Allen. Nothing here claims a specific style, lineage, or schedule yet — this page is the place for Tai Chi, ready for that detail.

Learn Chinese too?

Language is the spoken side of the same culture. Start learning Chinese, or contact Allen and tell him: Tai Chi, Chinese, or both.
